1. What materials do you use for your furniture and decor?
We believe in generational durability. We source high-grade, premium hardwoods (such as seasoned Mahogany, Teak, and Acacia) carefully chosen for their high density and long-term quality. All our wood undergoes a rigorous seasoning and drying process to ensure it stands up to climate changes without warping or cracking.
2. Do you take custom orders or modifications?
Because we focus heavily on quality control and a highly curated, limited selection of premium designs, we generally do not offer fully bespoke furniture from scratch. However, if you see an existing item in our catalog and require a minor adjustments to dimensions or finish to fit your space, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or Messenger to see if it’s possible.
3. How long will it take to deliver my order?

In-Stock Items: Typically delivered within 3–5 business days inside Dhaka, and 5–7 business days outside Dhaka.

Made-to-Order Pieces: Because we do not mass-produce and give individual attention to every item, crafted pieces can take 2–3 weeks to manufacture and deliver. We will provide a precise timeline when your order is confirmed.
4. How do I care for and maintain my Irasin Crafts pieces?
To keep the natural wood grain looking pristine, wipe it down with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or exposing the pieces to direct, prolonged sunlight or standing water. For our kitchen organizers, a light wipe-down is all that is needed to maintain the premium finish.
5. What is your return and exchange policy?
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship, and every item undergoes a strict quality check before leaving our workshop. If your product arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a video. We will promptly arrange for a repair or replacement.
